Bible Discoveries! Is For Everyone!
Bible Discoveries! is a great way for anyone to learn more about God's Word and to make new friends too! Every Sunday, from 11-12, we have Bible Discoveries! classes for age 2 to adult. Nursery is also available. Here are the options and a brief discription of what they are studying.
Pre K : We are using the Spring 2007 2's & 3's curriculum from Regular Baptist Press. Here is an overview of the curriculum.
Title: Jesus’ Love and Care; Peter Loves Jesus
Lesson Themes: Jesus’ Love and Care (Jesus teaches and heals; Easter); Peter Loves Jesus (Peter in the book of Acts)
Bible Passages: Psalms, Proverbs; Matthew; Mark; Luke; John; Acts; 1 John
Objectives: Know Jesus loved and cared for people; know that he can talk to God in prayer at any time; recognize ways Jesus loves and cares for him; praise God that Jesus is loving; thank God for strong legs and mothers.

Lesson Themes: God cares for us (provision of needs); God helps us live for Him!
Bible Passages: Genesis; Leviticus; Deuteronomy; Joshua; Ruth; 2 Kings; Psalms; Isaiah; Jeremiah; Matthew; Luke; John; Ephesians; Philippians; Hebrews; 1 Peter; 1 John
Objectives: Know how God cared for Bible people such as Ruth and Elisha; associate God's love with His provision for needs; know that receiving Christ is the only way of salvation; obey God; experience the joy of giving.
Along with music, this class memorizes Bible verses on a regular basis and learns the books of the Bible!

Lesson Themes: The Ten Commandments give principles by which the believer may relate properly to God and others.

Objectives: Know God’s moral standards; want to please God; obey God.
Sr. High:
Adult Women: Bible study and discussion based on the Study Guide to the book, Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World by Joanna Weaver.
Mixed Adults: Question and Answer session on the topics of Sunday morning's sermon, lead by Pastor Mike.
